Since 1990, the Toyota Industrial Equipment Manufacturing (TIEM) plant in Columbus, Ind., has produced more than 250,000 units.  With the opening of the Toyota National Customer Center in 2005, the TIEM campus now totals 859,000 square feet and represents an investment of more than $111 million.  TIEM employs more than 800 associates and is responsible for manufacturing the majority of Toyota’s lift trucks sold in the United States, the most durable and most popular lift trucks in the industry.

Working partnerships with domestic suppliers allow Toyota to purchase world-class quality parts from here in the U.S. Many parts that were once imported are now sourced by U.S. vendors. Our sales and aftermarket specialists team up with an elite group of highly qualified dealers to deliver product support that's worthy of the Toyota name.
