Terry Rains is vice president of aftermarket sales for Toyota Material Handling, U.S.A., Inc.
Rains oversees the parts, service, fleet management and customer satisfaction departments and is focused on continuing the company’s mission to achieve the highest rankings in customer satisfaction within the industry. He began his career with Toyota more than 15 years ago, holding several managerial positions, including national service, parts and customer satisfaction manager before being named to his current position in 2008.
Rains earned his bachelor's degree in business from the University of Redlands in Calif. He and his wife, Bernice, currently reside in Rancho Santa Margarita, Calif.
