Terry Rains is vice president of aftermarket sales for Toyota Material Handling, U.S.A., Inc.
Rains oversees the parts, service and customer satisfaction programs and is focused on continuing the company’s mission to achieve the highest rankings in customer satisfaction within the industry. He began his career with Toyota more than 10 years ago, holding several managerial positions, including national service, parts and customer satisfaction manager before being named to his current position in 2008.
Rains earned his bachelor's degree in business from the University of Redlands in Calif. He currently resides in Rancho Santa Margarita, Calif.
