TOYOTA ANNOUNCES MANAGEMENT CHANGES

IRVINE, Calif., (December 7, 2005)—Toyota Material Handling, U.S.A., Inc. (TMHU) today announced several management changes, including Adam Hughes being named national dealer sales manager, Eric Robinson as national IT manager, Larry Sanders as fleet services manager and Curt Rhoades as rental and remarketing manager.

As national dealer sales manager, Hughes is responsible for overseeing the sales of Toyota lift trucks at all authorized Toyota Material Handling dealerships. He also is responsible for designing and promoting all sales incentive programs and will continue his role as warehouse product manager.

"During his eight-year career at TMHU, Adam has demonstrated an ability to affect change and motivate his teams,” said Bob Bosworth, vice president of sales at TMHU. "I’m confident he will continue to excel in the role of national dealer sales manager."

Hughes has spent his entire career in the material handling industry and has experience in nearly all aspects of the business, including sales, product and marketing. He is a graduate of Bracknell College in England, where he completed a business studies program. He resides in Manhattan Beach, Calif.

Prior to joining TMHU as national IT manager, Robinson was the director of IT at Hudson RCI where he was responsible for providing business solutions in SAP R/3, Unidata and UNIX. He has more than 14 years IT experience and is a graduate of Brown University. He lives in Temecula, Calif.

As fleet services manager, Sanders will be responsible for the continuing operations at New United Motor Manufacturing, Inc. and all new fleet account operations. Sanders has extensive experience in rental and remarketing, fleet sales, fleet operations and material handling dealer operations. He has been with TMHU for five years and in the material handling industry for more than 30 years. He is a graduate of Danville Community College and resides in Corona, Calif.

As rental and remarketing manager, Rhoades will be responsible for the development and growth of TMHU’s rental business as well as managing the remarketing of all national account lease return units. Prior to this position, he was fleet services manager. He is a graduate of Southern Methodist University and resides in Huntington Beach, Calif.
