  1. Leasing a ForkliftDo not make major modifications to leased equipment. It may impair the resale value.

  2. Do not go over the allowable operating hours defined at the outset of the lease. High hour usage in excess of the stipulated contract amount can be subject to overtime charges. These charges are based on actual usage hours, the higher the usage, the higher the overtime charges.

  3. Do not subject leased equipment to excessive wear and tear. You may be billed for damage when you return the equipment.
