Speaker 2 (00:17):
Warehouse space has become a valuable commodity, and the use of narrow aisles has become a common practice. This has created challenges for many in the material handling industry. However, aisle space limitations can be overcome, especially with Toyota forklifts.

Speaker 2 (00:33):
The Toyota Stand-Up Rider allows forklift operators to move efficiently through aisles as narrow as 115 inches. And the new Toyota 3-Wheel Electric has models that can operate in aisles as narrow as 10 feet. And yet, despite their narrow aisle capability, the Stand-Up Rider and 3-Wheel Electric still feature capacity ratings of 3,000 to 4,000 pounds. From dock to stock, dock to dock, or dock to rack, the Stand-Up Rider and 3-Wheel Electric get the job done quickly and efficiently.

Speaker 2 (01:04):
So, which option is best for you? Both the Stand-Up Rider and 3-Wheel Electric forklift operate similarly, but they have one major difference. If your application calls for the operator to continually get on and off the forklift throughout the day, the Stand-Up Rider is probably a better option. Entering and exiting the forklift is faster and creates less stress on the operator’s body. If your application calls for an operator to be on the forklift for the majority of the day with little or no reason to get on and off, the 3-Wheel Electric is a better bet. The ability to sit down in a comfortable seat helps with operator comfort, ergonomics, and overall productivity.

Speaker 2 (01:43):
Both the Stand-Up Rider and 3-Wheel Electric run on an AC power system, which means fast response to operating commands, precise power control, compact components, and higher levels of productivity throughout the work shift. Additionally, an AC power system is virtually maintenance free. And Toyotas cornering speed control automatically slows the forklift’s travel speed while turning, to help limit damage to loads and potential turnovers. With advanced technology to make your team more productive, and the versatility to do nearly any job, both the Stand-Up Rider and 3-Wheel Electric are smart investments, and the perfect addition to your forklift fleet.
