Toyota’s Mouse and Mole Automated Guided Carts (AGC) are your perfect option for assisting in reliable, on-time operations. When goods are delivered on time, you can focus on value-added work that gives your business a competitive advantage.
The Mouse Automated Guided Cart comes in 3A with a maximum lift capacity of 4,400 lbs. and 3AB with a maximum lift capacity of 3,300 lbs. The Mole Automated Guided Cart comes in 3AS with a maximum lift capacity of 880 lbs. Using an AGC will help you quantify your operation’s timing, quantity, and delivery method, helping throughout your entire facility.
By working with Toyota experts, you will map out a route with loading and unloading stations. You will also set up the preferred flow of material. Next, you will apply durable, high-strength magnetic tape to the floor and RFID markers along the route. The RFID technology senses each marker’s unique identifier, confirms the cart’s location, provides additional instruction, and further interferences with any disruption. An Automated Guided Cart will slow and stop the vehicle when necessary.
You will stay in control of the AGC by utilizing the comprehensive Toyota training provided to you. The training available includes adjusting routes, changing vehicle parameters, and adding or removing units. This training comes with no ongoing subscription or service fees. Also, you can view and make changes using the touchscreen display without the need for a laptop or additional software. This software seamlessly integrates with your existing warehouse management system.
The Mole and Mouse Automated Guided Vehicles attach themselves to carts that can be customized for your operation and deliver anything from your entire assemblies to smaller components such as one or more assembly lines. These use an automated toe pin and spring mechanism, enabling enhanced productivity by simply adjusting for minor misalignments.
